C100 to speak against Eisenhower Memorial plans at NCPC Commission meeting Feb. 3
C100 member Don Hawkins, a historic cartograher and L’Enfant scholar, will testify in opposition to the memorial as it is currently proposed because it would close Maryland Ave. The meeting is Thursday, Feb. 3 at 12:30 p.m. at NCPC headquarters: 401 9th St., NW Suite 500, North Lobby
It is open to the public.
